Terms Of Sale

1. Order Timing:
Retail orders will ship the same business day if placed before the cut-off time of 12:00 PM EST. All orders after 12:00 PM EST will be shipped the following business day. Most orders will be delivered within 3-7 business days in the continental US. Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email containing your tracking information. 

Business days do not include weekends and major holidays.

2. Payment:

Once your payment has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email. In the case that an item is out of stock, we may cancel your order and not charge you. We accept most major credit cards and PayPal. If your payment was not processed or your card was declined, we may contact you for more information.

We do not take orders over the phone and all orders must be placed online. If you are having issues placing an order, contact us at info@socksinbulk.com

3. Returns:
Return items must be unworn, unused, and in original packaging. We cannot accept returns for used socks for hygiene reasons. Please call our office at 855-457-6257 or email us at info@socksinbulk.com for instructions on how to return items you ordered. Please do not return an item to us without contacting us first. We reserve the right to refuse a return if the return was not approved and if the returned socks were used or worn.

If your order was not shipped accordingly, we will provide the return labels and pay for the return shipping.

4. Shipping Policy Information:
POB addresses may incur additional shipping charges, If you have a physical ship to address please be sure to use that address to avoid additional shipping charges or handling time of your order.


Free shipping rate applies to all orders shipping within the contiguous United States and does not include expedited shipping, Signature required , Liftgates, or special instructions if noted on order notes.

Orders shipping to Canada or outside the contiguous (also known as United States Mainland) US are not eligible for free shipping and will be contacted prior to billing your order. 
Please use order notes section at checkout if expedited shipping is required for your order. You will be contacted within 24 hours for additional shipping costs.

Due to the volume of products offered on our website there may be incidents where an item can be presented inaccurately or prices incorrectly. We are not responsible for these typographical errors. In the event an order is placed and the listing purchased is inaccurate we reserve the right to correct the listing even after the order was billed. If you choose not to purchase with the corrected information we will refund the order placed in full.
